Policies
Booking & Payment
- 50% booking fee required to save your date.
- Booking fee is non-refundable.
- Remaining balance due on session day before the session starts.
- Session isn’t officially booked until contract + booking fee are complete.
Rescheduling & Cancellation
- You may reschedule once with 48+ hours’ notice.
- More than one reschedule may be treated as a cancellation.
- Client-initiated weather rescheduling follows the 48-hour rule.
- Unsafe weather leads to photographer-initiated reschedule at no cost.
- Cancelling completely = forfeiting the booking fee.
- If photographer cancels: client gets refund or new date.
Location & Travel
- Travel within 25 miles of Roseville included.
- Travel beyond 25 miles may include a fee.
- Location changes must be made 3 days prior. Changes within 3 days may include a fee.
Weather
- Sessions proceed in soft rain, clouds, wind.
- Severe or unsafe weather = photographer will reschedule.
- Clients requesting weather reschedules must follow the 48-hour rule.
Studio Rentals
- Clients are responsible for renting + paying for studio spaces.
- Must send confirmation after booking.
- Travel fee may still apply.
Image Use & Copyright
- Clients may use images for personal use only.
- Photographer retains copyright.
- Photographer may use images for portfolio/social media.
- Commercial use requires separate licensing.

Booking is super simple!
Just head over to my Contact Form and fill out your details—your name, email, and the type of session you’re interested in. From there, I’ll reach out within 24–48 hours with your personalized session details, contract, and next steps.
Once your contract is signed and the 50% deposit is paid, your date is officially reserved on my calendar!

Photos are delivered via online private gallery. I don’t believe in restricting memories, so you’re free to download as many as you’d like! You can expect a minimum of 5 edited photos, but I always include more whenever possible.
Please note:
Your personal gallery will expire after THREE MONTHS from the date that it has been delivered. Please download and save your images to your device or cloud storage to ensure that you'll always have them. There will be an additional fee to reopen your private gallery once it has been archived.

Clients are welcome to reschedule their session as long as a minimum of 48 hours’ notice (2 days) is provided. Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the session fee being forfeited. A standard rescheduling fee will apply, and all rescheduled sessions must be completed within 30 days of the original session date.
I’m comfortable shooting in most weather—cloudy skies, soft rain, and breezy moments often create the most cinematic images. Sessions will only be rescheduled for severe or unsafe weather. I kindly ask that you have a backup indoor or alternative location in mind in case the weather calls for a change of scenery.
Please note:
Only one reschedule is allowed per session. Any additional rescheduling may be considered a cancellation under this Agreement.
